Berry Chia Pudding is a fantastic, nutrient-dense breakfast or snack that is both delicious and easy to prepare. Chia seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and protein, promoting heart health, digestive health, and sustained energy levels. Berries add a burst of vitamins, antioxidants, and natural sweetness without adding refined sugars. This recipe is ideal for a quick, make-ahead option that keeps you fueled and satisfied throughout the day.










Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk or other plant-based milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)


Instructions:
  1. In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup or honey if using. Stir well.

  2. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Before serving, stir the pudding and top with mixed berries. Enjoy chilled.
